Mikhael plays a key role at Kensington Dental Studio, particularly in his capacity as the Quality and Compliance Manager. He earned his MSc in Management from Aberdeen University and leverages his expertise to oversee all aspects of quality assurance and regulatory compliance within the clinic.

In his role, Mikhael is responsible for maintaining the highest standards of infection control and patient safety, as well as ensuring operational excellence. He focuses on the quality of medical services provided, implementing and monitoring protocols to enhance patient care and satisfaction. This includes conducting regular audits, staff training, and continuous improvement initiatives to ensure that all procedures meet or exceed industry standards.

Mikhael ensures that all regulatory requirements are met and that the clinic adheres to best practices in healthcare delivery. He also serves as the primary contact for insurance, finance, and treatment planning, ensuring that patients are well-prepared for their treatments and that their experiences are seamless and comfortable.

Mikhael has a genuine passion for working with patients, finding joy in making them smile or laugh, and helping them feel at ease during their visits. He is committed to continuous learning, with a keen interest in philosophy and existentialism.
